Modulo HI-DS® big bag aflæsningsstation med doseringsskrue (Skewer)

Kombinationen af Modulo HI og DS-doseringsskruen med vejecomputer giver en nem måde at tømme big bags i små poser eller spande.

Med Modulo HI kan du nemt skabe en aflæsningsstation til bigbags. Modulo HI består af en pulverlakeret stålramme med en fastgjort stålbeholder og en ramme, som løfteåg er placeret på.

Doseringsskruen med vejecomputer sikrer nøjagtig dosering. I denne variant kan der fyldes poser eller spande på mellem 0,5 og 60 kg. Med en nøjagtighed på +0,5 % er denne aflæsningsstation en fremragende løsning for mange virksomheder. Beholderen og doseringsskruen er lavet af rustfrit stål.

Modulo HI er lavet af pulverlakeret stål, hvilket garanterer en lang levetid. Med en belastningskapacitet på 2000 kg kan dette stel håndtere enhver bigbag uden problemer. Ophængsrammen har en minimumshøjde på 1080 mm og en maksimumshøjde på 1908 mm, der kan justeres i trin på 100 mm.

Posen er velegnet til produkter som granulater, foderpiller, pulver, cement osv. Ved at hænge big bag op med løftebommen får indholdet al den plads, det har brug for, så det er nemt at tømme posen. Det betyder, at posen er nem at bruge, selv med indhold, der ikke er særlig rullende, og forhindrer brodannelse under aflæsning.

Modulo HI-DS er naturligvis velegnet til fødevareindustrien, og de anvendte materialer opfylder kravene i denne sektor.

Shipping Policy

1.1 The seller is arranging the transport and the delivery terms can be either DDU or DDP. The specific delivery terms used for each product is determined by the seller, and can be seen on its product page under “Delivery terms”.

- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): The seller arranges transport and delivers the goods to the buyers specified address. The seller covers packing, export clearance, transportation, and delivery and any terminal costs up to the agreed destination. However, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller delivers the goods to the buyers address and is responsible for all processes until the goods are in the buyers possession. The seller handles all shipping costs, including import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. The buyer is responsible for receiving the goods and unloading them.

1.2 For orders where the Buyer is picking up or arranging transport of the goods from sellers address the delivery terms are: FCA (Free Carrier at sellers address). The Seller is responsible for making the goods ready for export, to the buyer’s chosen carrier at the sellers premises. The Buyer handles all costs and risk after the products are collected.

Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

2.1 Orders can be cancelled until they have been shipped. However maximum 24 hours after the order has been placed.

2.2 Standard products kept in store by the Seller can be returned until 7 days after delivery. The returned products must be unused and in original packaging to be refunded. The shipping costs are non-refundable. Products produced to order cannot be returned and refunded.

Warranty Policy

3.1 The Seller warrants to the Buyer that all products delivered by the Seller are free of defects in relation to materials, design and finish (the \"Warranty\"). The Warranty applies for the warranty period for the specific product, and any claim from the Buyer under the Warranty must have been made in writing to the Seller within the warranty period. The warranty period for the product is specified on the MEMIDOS product page. The warranty period is counted from delivery of the product.

3.2 Complaints must be made in writing and be received by the seller no later than 6 working days after the
error/defect could have been discovered using general diligence. In all events, a complaint must have taken place before expiry of the warranty period.

3.3 In case of timely complaints, see 3.2, The Seller is obliged, at the Seller’s own choice, to redeliver or repair products not in compliance with the Warranty. This is the Buyer’s sole remedy in the case that supplied product are not in compliance with the Warranty or otherwise defective. The Seller is not obliged to pay the installation costs in the events where installation can usually be made by the Buyer.

3.4 The warranty only applies if the product has been handled, stored and used with the proper care, for the intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law, user instructions and other instructions from the Seller, and that the products supplied, have not been changed or otherwise modified in any way. No warranty is granted for wearing parts, and usual wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

3.5 No warranty is granted to products that can be categorised as wearing parts or consumables.
