Cancellation, Return and Refund policies

The cancellation, return and refund policies are set by the individual supplier according to MEMIDOS guidelines. The policies can be found on the supplier’s company page and on each individual product page under policies.

How can I cancel my order?

If you have made a wrong purchase that you would like to cancel, please contact us immediately. Please call us or use our contact form here.

How can I return a product?

If you would like to return a product, we kindly ask you to contact us via the support ticket system. We will then handle your inquiry and come back to you.

Your refund will be send 3 – 5 business days after your return inquiry is accepted and the product has been received at the supplier’s address.

1. To send a support ticket, then go to My Account / Orders and click on Support.
