Modulo Станция разгрузки больших мешков HI-DS® с дозирующим шнеком (Skewer)

Комбинация между Modulo HI и дозирующим шнеком DS с компьютером для взвешивания обеспечивает простой способ разгрузки больших мешков в маленькие мешки или ведра.

С помощью Modulo HI Вы можете легко создать станцию разгрузки биг-бэгов. Modulo HI состоит из стальной рамы, покрытой порошковой краской, с установленным стальным бункером и рамой, на которой размещается подъемная балка.

Дозирующий шнек с весовым компьютером обеспечивает точное дозирование. В этом варианте можно наполнять мешки или ведра весом от 0,5 до 60 кг. С точностью +0,5% эта разгрузочная станция является отличным решением для многих компаний. Бункер и дозирующий шнек изготовлены из нержавеющей стали.

Modulo HI изготовлен из стали с порошковым покрытием, что гарантирует долгий срок службы. С грузоподъемностью 2000 кг эта рама без проблем справится с любой большой сумкой. Минимальная высота подвесной рамы составляет 1080 мм, а максимальная – 1908 мм, регулируется с шагом в 100 мм.

Мешок подходит для таких продуктов, как гранулы, питательные гранулы, порошки, цемент и т.д. Подвесив большую сумку с помощью подъемной балки, Вы обеспечите содержимому все необходимое пространство, чтобы легко опорожнить сумку. Это означает, что мешок легко использовать даже с содержимым, которое не очень хорошо катится, предотвращая образование мостов при разгрузке.

Shipping Policy

1.1 The seller is arranging the transport and the delivery terms can be either DDU or DDP. The specific delivery terms used for each product is determined by the seller, and can be seen on its product page under “Delivery terms”.

- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): The seller arranges transport and delivers the goods to the buyers specified address. The seller covers packing, export clearance, transportation, and delivery and any terminal costs up to the agreed destination. However, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller delivers the goods to the buyers address and is responsible for all processes until the goods are in the buyers possession. The seller handles all shipping costs, including import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. The buyer is responsible for receiving the goods and unloading them.

1.2 For orders where the Buyer is picking up or arranging transport of the goods from sellers address the delivery terms are: FCA (Free Carrier at sellers address). The Seller is responsible for making the goods ready for export, to the buyer’s chosen carrier at the sellers premises. The Buyer handles all costs and risk after the products are collected.

Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

2.1 Orders can be cancelled until they have been shipped. However maximum 24 hours after the order has been placed.

2.2 Standard products kept in store by the Seller can be returned until 7 days after delivery. The returned products must be unused and in original packaging to be refunded. The shipping costs are non-refundable. Products produced to order cannot be returned and refunded.

Warranty Policy

3.1 The Seller warrants to the Buyer that all products delivered by the Seller are free of defects in relation to materials, design and finish (the \"Warranty\"). The Warranty applies for the warranty period for the specific product, and any claim from the Buyer under the Warranty must have been made in writing to the Seller within the warranty period. The warranty period for the product is specified on the MEMIDOS product page. The warranty period is counted from delivery of the product.

3.2 Complaints must be made in writing and be received by the seller no later than 6 working days after the
error/defect could have been discovered using general diligence. In all events, a complaint must have taken place before expiry of the warranty period.

3.3 In case of timely complaints, see 3.2, The Seller is obliged, at the Seller’s own choice, to redeliver or repair products not in compliance with the Warranty. This is the Buyer’s sole remedy in the case that supplied product are not in compliance with the Warranty or otherwise defective. The Seller is not obliged to pay the installation costs in the events where installation can usually be made by the Buyer.

3.4 The warranty only applies if the product has been handled, stored and used with the proper care, for the intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law, user instructions and other instructions from the Seller, and that the products supplied, have not been changed or otherwise modified in any way. No warranty is granted for wearing parts, and usual wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

3.5 No warranty is granted to products that can be categorised as wearing parts or consumables.
