KINGBOLEN • Outil de diagnostic automobile OBD2 ELM327

Cette interface de diagnostic OBD2 KINGBOLEN ELM327 est un outil simple de surveillance moteur et de lecture de codes de défaillance pour les véhicules équipés d’un port OBD2 12 volts 16 broches. L’instrument utilise le firmware ELM327 V1.5 et la puce PIC18F25K80 pour communiquer via Bluetooth 3.0 avec des appareils Android et des PC Windows. Idéal pour les propriétaires et les amateurs de bricolage, l’outil lit les codes de diagnostic génériques et spécifiques au fabricant (DTC), efface le témoin de contrôle moteur et affiche en temps réel les données moteur telles que les régimes rotatifs, la température du liquide de refroidissement, la pression du carburant et le trim du carburant. Il prend en compte tous les protocoles OBD2 courants, ce qui le rend compatible avec la plupart des voitures essence et diesel à partir de la fin des années 1990.

Note : l’outil ne prend pas en charge les diagnostics système au-delà du moteur (par exemple, ABS, SRS) ou des modules radio, et il ne fonctionne que sur les véhicules conformes à la norme OBD2.

Politique de livraison

1.1 The seller is arranging the transport, and the delivery terms can be either DDU or DDP. The specific delivery terms used for each product is determined by the seller and can be seen on its product page under “Delivery terms”.

- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): The seller arranges transport and delivers the goods to the buyer’s specified address. The seller covers packing, export clearance, transportation, and delivery and any terminal costs up to the agreed destination. However, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller delivers the goods to the buyer’s address and is responsible for all processes until the goods are in the buyer’s possession. The seller handles all shipping costs, including import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. The buyer is responsible for receiving the goods and unloading them.

1.2 For orders where the buyer is picking up or arranging transport of the goods from seller’s address the delivery terms are: FCA (Free Carrier at seller’s address). The seller is responsible for making the goods ready for export, to the buyer’s chosen carrier at the seller’s premises. The buyer handles all costs and risks after the products are collected.

Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

2.1 Orders can be cancelled until they have been shipped. However maximum 24 hours after the order has been placed.

2.2 Standard products kept in store by the seller can be returned until 7 days after delivery. The returned products must be unused and in original packaging to be refunded. The shipping costs are non-refundable. Products produced to order cannot be returned and refunded.

2.4 If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to refusal of delivery, failure to receive the goods, failure to collect the goods from a carrier, incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer, or failure to pay applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges under DDU delivery terms, the order shall not be considered cancelled or returned in accordance with this policy.

In such cases, the seller may deduct from any refund all reasonable costs incurred as result of the failed or refused delivery, including freight charges, return freight, storage charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, handling fees, and any other costs incurred by the seller or its logistics providers.

For products that are manufactured to order, customized, specially sourced, or otherwise non-returnable under section 2.2, no refund shall be due if delivery is refused.

If the goods cannot be returned to the seller, are abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise become unavailable due to the buyer’s refusal or failure to accept delivery, the buyer remains liable for the full purchase price.

Warranty Policy

3.1 The seller warrants to the buyer that all products delivered by the seller are free of defects in relation to materials, design and finish ( the Warranty ). The Warranty applies for the warranty period for the specific product, and any claim from the buyer under the Warranty must have been made in writing to the seller within the warranty period. The warranty period for the product is specified on the MEMIDOS product page. The warranty period is counted from delivery of the product.

3.2 Complaints must be made in writing and be received by the seller no later than 6 working days after the error/defect could have been discovered using general diligence. In all events, a complaint must have taken place before expiry of the warranty period.

3.3 In case of timely complaints, see 3.2, The seller is obliged, at the seller’s own choice, to redeliver or repair products not in compliance with the Warranty. This is the buyer’s sole remedy in the case that supplied product are not in compliance with the Warranty or otherwise defective. The seller is not obliged to pay the installation costs in the events where installation can usually be made by the buyer.

3.4 The warranty only applies if the product has been handled, stored and used with the proper care, for the intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law, user instructions and other instructions from the seller, and that the products supplied, have not been changed or otherwise modified in any way. No warranty is granted for wearing parts, and usual wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

3.5 No warranty is granted to products that can be categorised as wearing parts or consumables.
