Modulo Station de déchargement de big bags HI-DS® avec vis de dosage (entonnoir)

La combinaison entre le Modulo HI et la vis de dosage DS avec ordinateur de pesage permet de décharger facilement les grands sacs dans des petits sacs ou des seaux.

Avec le Modulo HI, vous pouvez facilement créer une station de déchargement de big bags. Le Modulo HI se compose d’un cadre en acier peint par poudrage, d’un bac en acier et d’un cadre sur lequel est placé le bras de levage.

La vis de dosage avec ordinateur de pesage assure un dosage précis. Cette variante permet de remplir des sacs ou des seaux de 0,5 à 60 kg. Avec une précision de +0,5%, cette station de déchargement est une excellente solution pour de nombreuses entreprises. La trémie et la vis de dosage sont en acier inoxydable.

Le Modulo HI est fabriqué en acier peint par poudrage, ce qui lui garantit une longue durée de vie. Avec une capacité de charge de 2000 kg, ce cadre peut supporter n’importe quel bigbag sans problème. Le cadre de suspension a une hauteur minimale de 1080 mm et une hauteur maximale de 1908 mm, réglable par pas de 100 mm.

Le sac convient aux produits tels que les granulés, les pellets d’alimentation, les poudres, le ciment, etc. En suspendant le grand sac à l’aide du palonnier, le contenu dispose de tout l’espace nécessaire pour faciliter le vidage du sac. Cela signifie que le sac est facile à utiliser, même avec des contenus qui ne sont pas très roulants, en évitant les ponts pendant le déchargement.

Le Modulo HI-DS est bien sûr adapté à l’industrie alimentaire, les matériaux utilisés répondant aux exigences de ce secteur.

Shipping Policy

1.1 The seller is arranging the transport and the delivery terms can be either DDU or DDP. The specific delivery terms used for each product is determined by the seller, and can be seen on its product page under “Delivery terms”.

- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): The seller arranges transport and delivers the goods to the buyers specified address. The seller covers packing, export clearance, transportation, and delivery and any terminal costs up to the agreed destination. However, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller delivers the goods to the buyers address and is responsible for all processes until the goods are in the buyers possession. The seller handles all shipping costs, including import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. The buyer is responsible for receiving the goods and unloading them.

1.2 For orders where the Buyer is picking up or arranging transport of the goods from sellers address the delivery terms are: FCA (Free Carrier at sellers address). The Seller is responsible for making the goods ready for export, to the buyer’s chosen carrier at the sellers premises. The Buyer handles all costs and risk after the products are collected.

Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

2.1 Orders can be cancelled until they have been shipped. However maximum 24 hours after the order has been placed.

2.2 Standard products kept in store by the Seller can be returned until 7 days after delivery. The returned products must be unused and in original packaging to be refunded. The shipping costs are non-refundable. Products produced to order cannot be returned and refunded.

Warranty Policy

3.1 The Seller warrants to the Buyer that all products delivered by the Seller are free of defects in relation to materials, design and finish (the \"Warranty\"). The Warranty applies for the warranty period for the specific product, and any claim from the Buyer under the Warranty must have been made in writing to the Seller within the warranty period. The warranty period for the product is specified on the MEMIDOS product page. The warranty period is counted from delivery of the product.

3.2 Complaints must be made in writing and be received by the seller no later than 6 working days after the
error/defect could have been discovered using general diligence. In all events, a complaint must have taken place before expiry of the warranty period.

3.3 In case of timely complaints, see 3.2, The Seller is obliged, at the Seller’s own choice, to redeliver or repair products not in compliance with the Warranty. This is the Buyer’s sole remedy in the case that supplied product are not in compliance with the Warranty or otherwise defective. The Seller is not obliged to pay the installation costs in the events where installation can usually be made by the Buyer.

3.4 The warranty only applies if the product has been handled, stored and used with the proper care, for the intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law, user instructions and other instructions from the Seller, and that the products supplied, have not been changed or otherwise modified in any way. No warranty is granted for wearing parts, and usual wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

3.5 No warranty is granted to products that can be categorised as wearing parts or consumables.
