De WObit SMC 139-WP is een microstep, hoogspanningsstappenmotorbesturing ontworpen om motoren met een fasestroom tot 8,2 A aan te sturen. Hij heeft 8 stroominstellingen van 3 tot 8,2 A met een enkele voeding van 25 tot 75 VDC en 8 stapdiepten.

De SMC139 controller heeft een aluminium behuizing met een koellichaam en een ventilator voor koeling. De behuizing kan op een montagerail worden gemonteerd. Dankzij afneembare klemmenstroken voor voeding, motor- en besturingssignalen is snelle montage en demontage mogelijk zonder dat de kabels losgeschroefd hoeven te worden.

De vermogenstrappen in de SMC139-regelaar werken met een choppingfrequentie van 25 kHz en de gemengde stroomvervalmethode bespaart energie met de optimale vorm van de stroomgolfvorm, die gerelateerd is aan de precisie van de stappenmotorbeweging (gemengd verval).

Het TMC239 besturingssysteem bevat niet-lineaire D/A-omzetters die een stapdeling van 1/16 mogelijk maken. Hij is uitgerust met een nauwkeurig stroomregelsysteem en overbelastingsregeling.

De controller heeft een ingebouwd galvanisch geïsoleerd +5V voedingssysteem. Hij wordt naar de aansluitklemmen geleid zodat hij kan worden gebruikt voor relevante toepassingen (bijvoorbeeld om optocouplers van stroom te voorzien).

Verzendbeleid

1.1 The seller is arranging the transport, and the delivery terms can be either DDU or DDP. The specific delivery terms used for each product is determined by the seller and can be seen on its product page under “Delivery terms”.

- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): The seller arranges transport and delivers the goods to the buyer’s specified address. The seller covers packing, export clearance, transportation, and delivery and any terminal costs up to the agreed destination. However, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller delivers the goods to the buyer’s address and is responsible for all processes until the goods are in the buyer’s possession. The seller handles all shipping costs, including import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. The buyer is responsible for receiving the goods and unloading them.

1.2 For orders where the buyer is picking up or arranging transport of the goods from seller’s address the delivery terms are: FCA (Free Carrier at seller’s address). The seller is responsible for making the goods ready for export, to the buyer’s chosen carrier at the seller’s premises. The buyer handles all costs and risks after the products are collected.

Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

2.1 Orders can be cancelled until they have been shipped. However maximum 24 hours after the order has been placed.

2.2 Standard products kept in store by the seller can be returned until 7 days after delivery. The returned products must be unused and in original packaging to be refunded. The shipping costs are non-refundable. Products produced to order cannot be returned and refunded.

2.4 If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to refusal of delivery, failure to receive the goods, failure to collect the goods from a carrier, incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer, or failure to pay applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges under DDU delivery terms, the order shall not be considered cancelled or returned in accordance with this policy.

In such cases, the seller may deduct from any refund all reasonable costs incurred as result of the failed or refused delivery, including freight charges, return freight, storage charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, handling fees, and any other costs incurred by the seller or its logistics providers.

For products that are manufactured to order, customized, specially sourced, or otherwise non-returnable under section 2.2, no refund shall be due if delivery is refused.

If the goods cannot be returned to the seller, are abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise become unavailable due to the buyer’s refusal or failure to accept delivery, the buyer remains liable for the full purchase price.

Warranty Policy

3.1 The seller warrants to the buyer that all products delivered by the seller are free of defects in relation to materials, design and finish ( the Warranty ). The Warranty applies for the warranty period for the specific product, and any claim from the buyer under the Warranty must have been made in writing to the seller within the warranty period. The warranty period for the product is specified on the MEMIDOS product page. The warranty period is counted from delivery of the product.

3.2 Complaints must be made in writing and be received by the seller no later than 6 working days after the error/defect could have been discovered using general diligence. In all events, a complaint must have taken place before expiry of the warranty period.

3.3 In case of timely complaints, see 3.2, The seller is obliged, at the seller’s own choice, to redeliver or repair products not in compliance with the Warranty. This is the buyer’s sole remedy in the case that supplied product are not in compliance with the Warranty or otherwise defective. The seller is not obliged to pay the installation costs in the events where installation can usually be made by the buyer.

3.4 The warranty only applies if the product has been handled, stored and used with the proper care, for the intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law, user instructions and other instructions from the seller, and that the products supplied, have not been changed or otherwise modified in any way. No warranty is granted for wearing parts, and usual wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

3.5 No warranty is granted to products that can be categorised as wearing parts or consumables.
