WObit • SMC64-WP V2 • Stepper motor controller 1/16, 3.5A
WObit SMC64-WP v2 miniature stepper motor controller is designed to work with a two-step stepper motor with bipolar winding (8- or 4-wire) or a 6-wire unipolar winding, configured as bipolar. It enables controlling with full step or step division on 2/4/5/8/10 or 16 parts.
The motor’s rated current is determined by means of DIP Switches in the range of 1.2 – 3.5 A.

- Temperature, voltage and short-circuit protection (partial, no short-circuit protection to supply and between phases),
- Supply voltage max. 36V DC,
- High rated current of 3.5 A (4 A temporary),
- Full-step, half-step or microstep operation (1/4, 1/5, 1/8, 1/10, 1/16),
- Two programmable clock frequencies,
- Voltage input 0..5 V to control the internal step signal generator,

- Opto-isolation of input and output signals,
- Detachable automatic current reduction,
- LED indicator for power supply and error output,
- Power supply, motor and control signals on Combicon type terminal blocks
