I need a quotation for internal approval in my company

Find the product(s) you want to buy and add it to the basket.

Go to the checkout page (payment page) and fill in your company details on the left.

Select the payment option “Invoice/Payment via bank transfer”

Press “Place Order” to receive the invoice.

Use the invoice for internal approval in your company before paying the invoice by bank transfer.

If you do not obtain internal approval and the order needs to be cancelled, please contact us via contact form or by phone.

I need confirmation of the delivery time before I place an order

For a confirmation of the delivery time of your required product. Please go to the product page and click on the ‘Ask a Question’ button.

This will allow you to ask any questions you may have about delivery times or anything else directly to the seller of the product.

I would like to follow up on the delivery of my order

When you place an order on MEMIDOS, you will receive emails with both order information and tracking information for your shipment.

If you have not received an email with the tracking information or are unable to see the tracking information on the carriers tracking page, then please contact the seller via our support-ticket system.
