I need support to a product.

If you are facing problems or need help to a product that you have purchased on MEMIDOS, you can contact the supplier via the support contact details that has been send to you together with the invoice, however we strongly recommend you to send a support ticket from your MEMIDOS account.

1. If you want to send a support ticket, then go to My Account / Orders and click on Support.

2. Fill in the form and click SUBMIT
