1. Register account when making a purchase.
1.1 You do not need to register an account before making a purchase. When making your first purchase you can simply chose “Create an account” and enter your password during checkout and your account will be created.
2. Register account before making a purchase.
2.1 To register a customer account on MEMIDOS before making a purchase, please go to the My Account page . Enter your email and password and click on the Register button.
2.2 You have now created an account and you must enter your name under “Account details” (you do not have to type in a new password).
2.3 Under “Addresses” you must enter your Billing Address and if your Shipping address if different, you should also enter your Shipping address.
2.4 Companies registered in the EU must also enter their EU VAT number (syntax example: DE123456789).
3. Register account after making a purchase.
3.1 If you have already made a purchase without registering an account, you can register an account with the same email address by retrieving a password. You do this by following the same steps as if you have lost your password.
