Description

Modulo HI-DS® big bag unloading station with dosing screw (Funnel)

The combination between the Modulo HI and the DS dosing screw with weighing computer provides an easy way to unload big bags into small bags or buckets.

With the Modulo HI, you can easily create a bigbag unloading station. The Modulo HI consists of a powder-coated steel frame with a set steel bin and a frame on which the lifting beam is placed.

The dosing screw with weighing computer ensures accurate dosing. In this variant, bags or buckets between 0.5 and 60kg can be filled. With an accuracy of +0.5%, this unloading station is an excellent solution for many companies. The hopper and dosing screw are made of stainless steel.

The Modulo HI is made of powder coated steel, this guarantees a long life. With a load capacity of 2000kg, this frame can handle any bigbag with no issues. The hanging frame has a minimum hanging height of 1080mm and a maximum height of 1908mm, adjustable in steps of 100mm.

The bag is suitable for products such as granulates, feeding pellets, powders, cement etc. Suspending the big bag with the lifting beam gives the contents all the space they need to make emptying the bag easy. This means that the bag is easy to use, even with contents that are not very rollable, preventing bridging during unloading.

The Modulo HI-DS is of course suitable for the food industry, the materials used meet the requirements of this sector.

Shipping Policy

1.1 The seller is arranging the transport and the delivery terms can be either DDU or DDP. The specific delivery terms used for each product is determined by the seller, and can be seen on its product page under “Delivery terms”.

- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): The seller arranges transport and delivers the goods to the buyers specified address. The seller covers packing, export clearance, transportation, and delivery and any terminal costs up to the agreed destination. However, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller delivers the goods to the buyers address and is responsible for all processes until the goods are in the buyers possession. The seller handles all shipping costs, including import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. The buyer is responsible for receiving the goods and unloading them.

1.2 For orders where the Buyer is picking up or arranging transport of the goods from sellers address the delivery terms are: FCA (Free Carrier at sellers address). The Seller is responsible for making the goods ready for export, to the buyer’s chosen carrier at the sellers premises. The Buyer handles all costs and risk after the products are collected.

Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

2.1 Orders can be cancelled until they have been shipped. However maximum 24 hours after the order has been placed.

2.2 Standard products kept in store by the Seller can be returned until 7 days after delivery. The returned products must be unused and in original packaging to be refunded. The shipping costs are non-refundable. Products produced to order cannot be returned and refunded.

Warranty Policy

3.1 The Seller warrants to the Buyer that all products delivered by the Seller are free of defects in relation to materials, design and finish (the \"Warranty\"). The Warranty applies for the warranty period for the specific product, and any claim from the Buyer under the Warranty must have been made in writing to the Seller within the warranty period. The warranty period for the product is specified on the MEMIDOS product page. The warranty period is counted from delivery of the product.

3.2 Complaints must be made in writing and be received by the seller no later than 6 working days after the
error/defect could have been discovered using general diligence. In all events, a complaint must have taken place before expiry of the warranty period.

3.3 In case of timely complaints, see 3.2, The Seller is obliged, at the Seller’s own choice, to redeliver or repair products not in compliance with the Warranty. This is the Buyer’s sole remedy in the case that supplied product are not in compliance with the Warranty or otherwise defective. The Seller is not obliged to pay the installation costs in the events where installation can usually be made by the Buyer.

3.4 The warranty only applies if the product has been handled, stored and used with the proper care, for the intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law, user instructions and other instructions from the Seller, and that the products supplied, have not been changed or otherwise modified in any way. No warranty is granted for wearing parts, and usual wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

3.5 No warranty is granted to products that can be categorised as wearing parts or consumables.
