Cosy Cow 24v – Cow Brush
The Cosy Cow 24v cow brush is characterised by its compact design. The FlowStart system ensures that the brush always starts in the correct direction of rotation, regardless of how the animal approaches the brush. The cow brush has two directions of rotation as standard and can therefore rotate both clockwise and anticlockwise in a rocking motion. The bristles are made of nylon, have a large diameter and are easy to replace.
One brush is enough for 50 to 60 cows.

Installation • Prepared for both pipe and wall installation
All Comfy-Solutions’ cow brushes are ready to use upon delivery and are very easily assembled in any barn. Due to the well-thought-out wall plate with pre-drilled holes, the cow brushes can be mounted on any post. In addition, the cow brushes can also be attached to a wall by using the optional mounting bracket.
Safety
Comfy-Solutions’ cow brushes are all equipped with an overload safety device. This will stop the brush if the resistance is too high or in case of excessive heat. This guarantees the safety of you, your animal and your environment.

① High-tech control system
The control system is measuring the position of the brush via a gravity sensor. The intelligent software ensures the brush can be switched on and off effortlessly and smoothly.
② Brushless 24VDC motor
The motor is maintenance-free and thanks to its high efficiency, it consumes little power compared to 230V motors.
③ Reliable transmission
The transmission transfers the torque from the motor to the brush. Thanks to a safety device in the printed circuit board, there is never too much torque on the brush, so cows and their tails remain safe.
