What can I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, you can reset your password by the following below steps:
1. Go to My Account and click “Lost your password?” on the sign in page or click: here
2. You will now see this. Enter your username or email and press “Reset Password”
3. When you see this message a password reset link has been send to your mail.
4. You will receive an email that looks like this. Click the link in the email.
5. This will now open in your browser. Enter a new password and click Save.
6. You are now ready to login with your new password.
