I cannot sign in
If you cannot sign in to your MEMIDOS account, here are some suggestions:
- Please ensure you have entered the correct registered email address and password.
- As the password is case sensitive, please check if “Caps Lock” on your keyboard is on.
- Please don’t enter blank spaces before and after password.
You can also try to reset your password to see if it can resolve the sign-in issue.
