What kind of support do I have?

Your level of support depends on your membership.

As soon as your MEMIDOS seller account is active you have access to our knowledgebase. Here you will find descriptions and video tutorial that will guide and help you succeed on the platform.

You will find the knowledgebase at the upper right corner of the Store Manager or by clicking here.

If you are holding a Standard or Premium membership you will also have access to email support via our ticket system.

Premium members will have access to personal guidance and help via online support from our help desk.
